Our ministry, God’s 911 Team Inc DBA Living Stone Bistro, is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation. All income from Living Stone Bistro goes back into the ministry, providing a place to nourish your mind, body, and spirit with healthful thoughts, ideas, and nutrition, as well as to be a benefit to the community in which we live.

Construction Continues

The Living Stone Bistro is being worked on. The exact date for opening is still a little fuzzy, but every day we get a step closer to realizing our dreams. Living Stone Bistro will be a place for people to nourish their bodies and minds with delicious foods made from local and regional recipes, conversation and meetings with like-minded people and a spiritual foundation as strong as the brick and mortar we’re building with.

Egg and bacon with maple infused cream cheese on a sweet, fluffy French toast bagel.

Living Stone Bistro Burrito

A flour tortilla stuffed with two scrambled eggs with onion, bell peppers, hash browns, pepper jack cheese, house-made salsa and your choice of bacon crumbles, breakfast sausage, diced ham, or chorizo.

Veggie Breakfast Sandwich

Egg with vine-ripe tomato, sliced avocado, portabella mushroom and melted provolone cheese on your choice of buttery croissant, bagel or toasted English muffin.

Breakfast Grilled Cheese

Bakery style bread grilled cheese with sausage patty, cheddar cheese, scrambled egg, vine ripe tomato and real mayonnaise.

Chicken N’ Eggs

Tender chicken breast topped with scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and tomato on your choice of croissant, bagel or toasted English muffin.

Classic American Breakfast

Two farm fresh eggs any style served with your choice of hickory-smoked bacon, sausage links or patties or country-style ham.

Sauteed steak with an onion mushroom demi glaze served over Bistro Breakfast Potatoes topped with tow poached eggs and melted Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese.

Banana bread French toast topped with caramelized banana infused maple syrup.

A stack of three Bistro cakes layered with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh seasonal berries.

Two, fluffy pancakes with two eggs any style and your choice of hickory-smoked bacon, sauce links or patties or country ham.

Bistro Omelet Your Way

Meat Choices: Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Chicken Breast, Steak, Chorizo.

Veggie Choices: Red Onion, Black Olives, Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach, Mushrooms, Tomato, Jalapeno, Sweet Bell Peppers.

Cheese Choices: Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Provolone, Swiss or Mozzarella.

Herb Mix: Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley or choose fresh cilantro or chives.

Bistro Omelet Suggestions: Country Ham & Cheese, Denver with onion, peppers and ham, South Western with chorizo, onion, jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and salsa or Veggie with onion, roasted red pepper, spinach, mushrooms, tomato and Swiss cheese.

Living Stone Cobb Salad

A chopped salad with mixed greens, tender chicken breast, bacon, vine-ripe grape tomatoes, hard cooked egg, sliced red onions, Kalamata olives, grilled sweet corn, bleu cheese, best with our house-made avocado dressing.

Strawberry Harvest Salad

Our mixed greens with fresh stawberries, sliced apples, thin-sliced red onion, dried cranberries, roasted pecans and locally sourced goat cheese tossed with house made champagne vinaigrette dressing.

Southwest Caesar

Our twist on a classic favorite with hearty Romaine lettuce, house made croutons, shredded parmesan cheese, tri-colored bell peppers and char-grilled, Southwestern seasoned chicken breast tossed with our house made Caesar dressing.

Living Stone Steak Salad

Fresh mixed greens with chickpeas, Kalamata olives, sliced red onion, grape tomatoes, Asiago cheese and layered with sliced, medium rare sirloin steak and grilled pita bread, Tossed with balsamic vinaigrette dressing (it’s good with buttermilk ranch).

Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Char-grilled romaine hearts, grape tomatoes, red onion, grilled corn, basil avocado dressing.

Freshly baked in the store daily. An assortment of breads, buns, rolls and baked goods will be available. Some of the items we’re looking into include:  Outstanding Frosted Cinnamon Rolls, Sticky Pecan Rolls, Fruit Filled Fry Pies and so much more
